Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Arrestin-β-2, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and ICC/IF applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
It was generated using recombinant full length Human Arrestin-β-2 as the immunogen and, after affinity purification with an epitope-specific immunogen, detects endogenous levels of Arrestin-β-2 protein. The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Purity is reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~47 kDa.
