Anti-Arrestin-β-2 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes β-Arrestin 2 (ARRB2), a multifunctional scaffolding protein best known for driving desensitization and clathrin-mediated internalization of G protein-coupled receptors while also acting as a signal transducer on MAPK, PI3K, and Akt pathways. Raised in rabbit, the reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is packaged as a 100 µl vial sized for routine immunolabelling.
