Anti-Arrestin-β-1 (Q394) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Arrestin-β-1 at the Q394 epitope. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 360–410 of human Arrestin-β-1, and detects endogenous levels of the Arrestin-β-1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 50 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
