Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Arrestin-β-1 and was raised against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 390–440 of the human protein. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Arrestin-β-1 and is validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
