From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against Arrdc4 (E159). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130–180 of Human Arrdc4. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises endogenous levels of Arrdc4 protein at a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the reagent is reported to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
