Anti-Arrdc1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Arrdc1 (also known as Alpha-arrestin 1 or Arrestin domain-containing protein 1) and is intended for the detection of endogenous Arrdc1 protein. The reagent is supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in50 µl of liquid formulation containing PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible downstream labelling. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human Arrdc1, and the antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using this epitope-specific immunogen to maximise specificity. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and ELISA, and the antibody has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species research workflows.
