Anti-ARRB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and recognizes the endogenous levels of total ARRB1 (also known as Arrestin beta-1, Beta-arrestin-1, ARR1, or Non-visual arrestin-2) through a polyclonal immune response directed against a recombinant human ARRB1 immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For laboratory convenience, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to cross-react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for studies spanning multiple model systems.
