Anti-ARPP21 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed for the selective detection of endogenous ARPP21 (cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein 21, also known as AR-21, TARPP, or thymocyte cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein) in human samples. Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, the antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation containing 150 mM NaCl at pH 7.4, with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser; the immunoglobulin fraction corresponds to rabbit IgG, and the reagent is provided unconjugated. The product ships on cold packs at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. It is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human ARPP21, allowing the reagent to recognise total ARPP21 protein across compatible human-derived preparations.
