Anti-ARPC3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody against p21-ARC/ARPC3, distributed by Antibodies.com and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The target is ARPC3, and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1–178 of human ARPC3 (NP_001265485.1), and the reagent is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 21 kDa, and the antibody concentration is described as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. Vials are shipped at 4°C; on arrival they should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
