Anti-ARPC2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ARPC2, available from Antibodies.com, is unconjugated and of IgG isotype. Raised in rabbit, it is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), supported by 2 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human ARPC2 (NP_690601.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by antigen affinity. The target molecular weight is 34 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC at 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
