Anti-ARNT2 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody targets ARNT2 and is supplied by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody shows reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 440–690 of human ARNT2 (NP_055677.3). The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at a reported molecular weight of 79–85 kDa. For western blotting, a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
