Anti-ARNT Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a recombinant human ARNT immunogen and affinity-purified to detect endogenous levels of total ARNT protein, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The 50 µl aliquot is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator expression and hypoxia signaling. Shipped at 4 °C, the antibody should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity. The unconjugated format leaves the antibody free for direct labeling or pairing with a secondary reagent of choice, and the polyclonal profile allows recognition of multiple epitopes on the ARNT target.
