Anti-ARNT Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ARNT (also known as HIF1 beta) and is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies catalogue. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

Immunisation was carried out using a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 400–500 of human HIF1ß/ARNT (NP_001659.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 87 kDa, and the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
