Anti-ARMX2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ARMX2, supplied as an unconjugated primary antibody for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence applications (IF / ICC). The reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ARMX2 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. According to the product specification, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total ARMX2 protein.

The antibody is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. It is shipped at 4 °C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze / thaw cycles to be avoided.
