Description
Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against ARMS2. This polyclonal IgG reagent is unconjugated and validated for western blotting in mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-107 of human ARMS2 (NP_001093137.1). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a recommended western blot dilution of 1:200-1:1,000. Shipped at 4°C; aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 11 kDa.
