Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an affinity-purified polyclonal reagent, this primary antibody targets the N-terminal region of human ARMCX1 and is designed for sensitive detection of endogenous protein levels. The unconjugated product is formulated as a 1 mg/mL liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and ships in a 50 µl aliquot that should be stored at -20 °C after delivery, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent is confirmed to react with human samples, making it well suited to studies in cell biology and cancer research where ARMCX1 family members are under investigation. The antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human ARMCX1), providing batch-to-batch consistency for reproducible results. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, leaving the user free to choose a secondary reporter of preference for chromogenic, fluorescent or chemiluminescent detection. Supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, the reagent is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, with a typical lead time of 5–8 business days from the supplier.
