Anti-ARL2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human ADP-ribosylation factor-like 2 (ARL2) GTPase, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum and is validated for Western blot detection of the ~21 kDa target. ARL2 participates in tubulin folding through cofactor B, regulates microtubule-based events during cell division, and cycles between the cytosol, centrosome, and mitochondria, supporting its role in cilia assembly and mitochondrial protein import. The antibody is reactive with human samples and is suitable for probing whole-cell lysates, subcellular fractions, and immunoprecipitated complexes in standard SDS-PAGE and transfer workflows.
