Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ARL2 and is validated for Western blot applications in mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied at a lot-specific concentration as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–184 of human ARL2 (NP_001658.2). The target has a molecular weight of 21 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000.
The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
