Anti-ARL13B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ARL13B is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human ARL13B (NP_878899.1), and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 49 kDa. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of WB at 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200.

The product is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validation data shown in the accompanying datasheet includes Western blot analysis of SKOV3 cell extracts performed at 1:1,000 dilution with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody used at 1:10,000, as well as immunofluorescence analysis of C6, L929 and U-2 OS cells carried out at 1:100 dilution with DAPI used to stain the cell nuclei.
