Anti-ARK-1 (Phospho-Thr288) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against ARK-1 phosphorylated at threonine 288. The antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for ELISA, WB, and IHC, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from human ARK-1 around the phosphorylation site of T288, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ARK-1 protein only when phosphorylated at T288. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA, and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
