Anti-ARID5B Antibody

Produced in rabbit hosts, this polyclonal antibody targets the C-terminal region of human ARID5B, a member of the AT-rich interaction domain (ARID) family of transcription factors. ARID5B (also known as MRF-2 or DESRT) functions as a transcriptional repressor involved in B-cell development, chondrogenesis, and growth regulation, and has been implicated in genetic susceptibility to childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia and rheumatoid arthritis.

The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as 100 µL of liquid in a vial and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous ARID5B expression in human cell lysates. For best results, store at -20 °C in small aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light.
