Anti-ARID2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises ARID2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1586–1835 of human ARID2 (NP_689854.2), and is recommended for use at a WB dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 250 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Antibody concentration is lot specific.
