Anti-ARHGEF7 (Q344) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets ARHGEF7, with specificity directed to the Q344 region. It is supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation of 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 312–360 of human ARHGEF7, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ARHGEF7 protein.

According to the manufacturer, the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa.
