Anti-ARHGEF7 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ARHGEF7 (Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 7) and is intended for the detection of endogenous total ARHGEF7 protein. The immunogen is a recombinant human ARHGEF7 preparation, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen before being formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot and is validated by Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human and mouse samples.
