Anti-ARHGEF7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ARHGEF7 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and monkey samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human ARHGEF7 (NP_001106984.1) and is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is supplied at a lot-specific concentration. The expected molecular weight of the target is 86 kDa.
