ARHGEF2, also known as GEF-H1, is a Rho-family guanine nucleotide exchange factor that couples microtubule dynamics to Rho GTPase signaling and contributes to cell migration, cytokinesis, and epithelial tight-junction regulation. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against ARHGEF2 and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting detection of the endogenous protein in whole-cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, pH approximately 7.2, and is intended for research use in standard immunoblotting and chromogenic IHC workflows.
