This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ARHGEF10 (Rho Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 10), a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that activates Rho family GTPases and contributes to cytoskeletal remodeling, cell migration, and peripheral nerve myelination. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, an unconjugated preparation intended for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows.

It was raised in rabbit and binds the human ARHGEF10 protein, with reported reactivity also extending to mouse and rat samples. ARHGEF10 has been functionally linked to RhoA signaling in the nervous system, and sequence variants in the gene are associated with slowed nerve conduction velocity and a spectrum of peripheral neuropathies that overlap clinically with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. Investigators use this reagent to map endogenous expression in dorsal root ganglia, Schwann cell cultures, and developing neural tissue, as well as to probe Rho pathway activity in epithelial morphogenesis and vascular biology.

For Western blot, the antibody can be applied to whole-cell lysates to detect the endogenous ARHGEF10 band. Immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections supports spatial localization of the protein in tissue. The vial is intended for research use only. Store refrigerated, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; for long-term storage, aliquot and keep frozen.
