Anti-ARHGEF1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ARHGEF1 (also known as p115-RhoGEF). It is unconjugated and validated for Western Blotting (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed on human samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ARHGEF1 as immunogen, and it has been demonstrated to detect endogenous levels of the total ARHGEF1 protein. The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
