This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit against ARHGEF1 and is unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and has been shown to react with samples from Human, Mouse and Rat.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 206-251 of Human ARHGEF1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ARHGEF1 protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 115 kDa.
The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
