Anti-ARHGDIB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody to ARHGDIB (also referred to as D4 GDI), offered unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The IgG antibody is validated for Western blot applications and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–201 of human ARHGDIB (NP_001166.3) and is affinity purified, supplied as a liquid. The target has a stated molecular weight of 23 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.
