Anti-ARHGAP5 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RhoGAP (ARHGAP5), validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications on human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1292–1501 of human RhoGAP (NP_001164.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 185 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Representative Western blot data were generated at 1:1,000 on 25 µg of lysate per lane using an ECL-based detection system, and immunofluorescence has been demonstrated on HeLa cells at 1:100 with DAPI nuclear counterstain.
