The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ARHGAP25 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 25), a RhoGAP-family GTPase-activating protein expressed predominantly in hematopoietic cells. It acts as a negative regulator of Rac1 and Cdc42, modulating actin cytoskeleton dynamics during leukocyte migration, adhesion, and Fcγ receptor-mediated phagocytosis.

The reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, shipped as a 100 µl vial suitable for routine immunoblotting. Validated applications include Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, where the antibody detects endogenous ARHGAP25 in lymphoid tissue, macrophage cell lines, and peripheral blood leukocyte lysates.

Storage at -20°C in small aliquots is recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary reagents chosen by the end user. This reagent supports studies of Rho GTPase signaling in innate immunity, cytoskeletal remodeling, and inflammatory cell function.
