Anti-ARG2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against human arginase-2 (ARG2), the mitochondrial isoenzyme that hydrolyzes L-arginine to ornithine and urea. This unconjugated primary antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and ships as a 100 µL liquid aliquot ready to dilute into standard western blot buffers. Researchers studying hepatic urea cycle metabolism, macrophage polarization, tumor immunology, and mitochondrial enzyme regulation use ARG2 antisera to detect the ~38 kDa mitochondrial protein in cell lysates and tissue homogenates.
