The ARFRP1 protein (ADP-ribosylation factor-related protein 1) belongs to the ARF/SAR1 family of small GTP-binding proteins, functioning primarily at the trans-Golgi network where it supports membrane trafficking between Golgi compartments and the plasma membrane.
This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against human ARFRP1 and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, with a reported reactivity profile spanning human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a 100 µL liquid aliquot, sufficient for multiple immunoblot membranes or a series of tissue sections, and is provided in a vial ready for dilution to working concentration with standard antibody buffers.
Researchers studying Golgi organization, vesicular transport, epithelial cell polarity, and lipid droplet biology have used ARFRP1 immunodetection to probe protein localization across cultured cell lines and primary tissues, making this reagent a useful addition to trafficking and small GTPase signaling studies.
