Anti-ARFIP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human ARFIP1 (ADP-ribosylation factor-interacting protein 1), and is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The unconjugated antibody is provided in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of total ARFIP1 protein.
