Anti-ARFGEF2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the ARFGEF2 (ADP-ribosylation factor guanine nucleotide-exchange factor 2) protein and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid stock at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antiserum was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human ARFGEF2, then purified by affinity chromatography on an epitope-specific immunogen column to retain only the antigen-reactive fraction. The purified immunoglobulin is supplied unconjugated in a phosphate-buffered saline vehicle (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) free of Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, meaning the bulk isotype is rabbit IgG suitable for standard secondary-detection workflows. Validated applications on the supplier datasheet are Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total ARFGEF2 protein in samples from human, mouse and rat origin. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve the antibody's binding activity.
