Anti-ARFGAP1 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for ARFGAP1. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied as a liquid and is affinity-purified, with a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen used for its generation was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human ARFGAP1.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
