Anti-ARF4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ARF4, available from Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in Rabbit and has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Validated applications include WB and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa, and the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-180 of human ARF4 (NP_001651.1). Following affinity purification, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
