This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is raised against ADP-ribosylation factor 3 (ARF3), a ~21 kDa small GTP-binding protein of the ARF family that drives COPI coat recruitment at the Golgi apparatus, vesicle budding, and phospholipase D activation in membrane trafficking. Provided unconjugated in a 100 µL liquid vial format, the antibody supports direct labeling workflows and gives researchers flexibility to pair it with their preferred fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents for immunofluorescence staining of fixed cells. Reactivity is reported for human ARF3, and storage at -20°C is recommended; aliquoting the working stock limits freeze-thaw exposure and preserves activity across multiple staining sessions. From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is intended for research use only and supports studies of Golgi organization, secretory pathway dynamics, and ARF-mediated cytoskeletal remodeling in cell biology research.
