Anti-AREG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets amphiregulin (AREG) and is supplied at 50 µl per vial as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The immunogen is a recombinant human AREG protein, and the antibody specifically detects the endogenous total AREG protein, including the related AREGB, CRDGF (Colorectum cell-derived growth factor), and SDGF species. Recommended applications are Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity validated in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody performance.
