From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Amphiregulin (AREG) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The catalogue entry lists reactivity with human samples and validation for Western blot (C0), while the manufacturer datasheet extends reactivity to human, mouse and rat samples and adds immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) among the validated applications (S1). Two scientific images are referenced (S1).

The antibody was raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–252 of human Amphiregulin (NP_001648.1) (S1). It is affinity-purified and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal (S1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa (S1).

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF (S1). The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided (S1).
