Anti-ARC (E194) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ARC (E194), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF).

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 161–210 of human ARC. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ARC protein and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 24 or 28 kDa.
