Anti-ARC Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody specific to the ARC protein, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) detection in human and mouse samples. The reagent is produced by affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human ARC (NP_056008.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The recommended working dilution range for Western blot is 1:500-1:2,000, and the antibody is supported by one scientific validation image.

For storage, the reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
