Anti-ARAP1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ARAP1 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 834–1133 of human ARAP1 (NP_001128662.1). The expected molecular weight of the target is 162 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
