Anti-AR (phospho-S650) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Androgen Receptor (AR) when phosphorylated at Serine 650. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AR around the Ser650 phosphorylation site, and the reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Reported specificity is for endogenous levels of AR protein only when phosphorylated at Ser650.

The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. Purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target molecular weight is approximately 110 kDa. Validated applications are WB and IHC, with reactivity reported for human and rat samples.
