Anti-AR (phospho-S213) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Androgen Receptor (AR) when phosphorylated at Serine 213, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is unconjugated, validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactive with human samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 213, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Androgen Receptor protein only when phosphorylated at Ser213. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 110 kDa. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen.
