Anti-AR-β2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human AR-β2 (β-2 adrenergic receptor / ADRB2) and is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and ELISA experiments on human, mouse and rat samples, where it specifically detects endogenous levels of the AR-β2 protein. The unconjugated antibody is shipped on blue ice at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
