Anti-AR-β3 (L291) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AR-β3, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250-300 of Human AR-β3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of AR-β3 protein. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody recognises bands at approximately 43 and 68 kDa and is supported by one scientific validation image.
