Anti-AR-β2 (phospho-S346) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AR-ß2 phosphorylated at Serine 346, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Raised in Rabbit and provided in unconjugated form, it is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AR-ß2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 346, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of AR-ß2 only when phosphorylated at Ser346. Reported molecular weights are approximately 47 kDa, 68 kDa for the glycosylated form, and 95 kDa for the dimer. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is supported by one scientific validation image.
