Anti-AR-β2 (L342) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against AR-β2 (L342). It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF. The antibody has been verified to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 311–360 of Human AR-β2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of AR-β2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Reported molecular weights for the target are approximately 47 kDa, 68 kDa in its glycosylated form, and 95 kDa as a dimer.
